Another Cells at work Spinoff Coming

Boy, Cells at work is its own bit franchise, isn’t it? Makes sense — we’re all curious about exactly how bodies work, as well as anthropomorphizing the functions as well as processes provides everything a sense of experience (and in numerous situations with these series, fan service).

In addition to the original manga by Akane Shimizu, Kodansha Comics has released in English Cells at Work! Code Black (about a man with much more adult problems, by Shigemitsu Harada as well as Issei Hatsuyoshiya) as well as two even much more specialized digital-only series, Cells NOT at Work! (by Moe Sugimoto) as well as Cells at work as well as Friends! (by Mio Izumi).

Now they have revealed the upcoming Cells at Work: Baby! by Yasuhiro Fukuda. It’ll be out in digital next month with a print release in early 2021. As expected, it’s about “cute infant cells as they work difficult within their newborn infant body”.
